I’m looking for instructions on how my data needs to be formatted for import into OpenEMR. The practice is a Psychiatrist office, so all other medical issues ie Asthma etc is not needed… Any help for a first time OpenEMR admin is much appreciated.

ICD10 import is automated through external data loads
it might be easier to load them all and then run a special query where you delete all of them but these
so you could make a comma delimited list and then run a mysql query against icd10_dx_order_code

Is there a mechanism in place to do the import or will I need to build it?
