I’ve created a CAMOS encounter template, and I’m unsure of how to access it in an encounter form. If I am creating a new encounter, I double click on the reason for visit. It pulls up a second screen with an option for templates and some client information. I don’t see the CAMOS template I previously created. If I go into an old encounter, I can pull up CAMOS under Miscellaneous and the template shows up.
Can you access CAMOS templates in a new encounter? Do you have to create encounter templates for each client? New to this, so I’m sure I’m missing something!
