I’m having a problem having the calendar display all of the clinic operating times. It will only display from 8AM to 5.45PM (I set it to do this at one point) but I now can’t change it, and the result is that some late appointments don’t display. I’ve tried adjusting ‘in office’ and ‘out of office’ times, but none of this makes a difference. Any suggestions? I’m using firefox on win xp pro.
I am not aware of a direct way to EXCLUDE days from the calendar, but you can block them out by selecting "Out of Office" and using the REPEAT functions. Both are set in the "ADD" in Calendar.
There are only three calendar views at the month: day, week, and month. What you’re looking for would be considered a ‘work week’ and is quite possible to include in some fashion. However, it will require code customization.
