I could not find any information about entering the blood glucose level for diabetic patients. Can that be added on the vitals form together with a checkbox if the glucose reading was for fasting or non-fasting, please ?
yes, I have modified my files and send them to you, and the developers if they wanna look at them again (I sent it in the past, but LMP, and FS were not included in the changes. they did add pulse ox and rythm, and maybe head circ?)
be careful though with the changes to your system. you need to replace or modify the files.
No, I modified the code back when I started using openemr which was with version 2.8. I can just type my changes here instead of sending a whole file which may be a pain to compare.
I don’t know how to do that.
But I will contribute the altered vitals form. I will rename it Vitals_PC (for primary care). you can transfer it to your forms folder and rename it if you want. I am also sending a pt/inr monitoring form for patients on anticoagulation.

BTW
My version only has one field for fingerstick. I use it for both Hbh1c. But it is better to separate them so that each value can be tracked and viewed plotted.
I have spent some time debugging the forms. I’m not a programmer so takes me a little while. I think I’m done. there is no more I can fix. I also added post pradial, fasting and hba1c fields. I will send later today.
