Blank screen 500 server error when clicking "Documents" in Patient page

Situation
Patient/Client -> Patients -> [select any patient]
On the patient page, under the patient’s name, we a navigation bar that has History | Report | Documents | Transactions | Issues | Ledger | External Data

Upon clicking Documents, a blank page is served, with an HTTP 500 response code.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version Version Number: v5.0.1-dev

Browser:
I’m using: Google Chrome Version 83.0.4103.61 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Operating System
I’m using: Windows 10 64-bit

Hi,
Go to the Administration -> Globals -> Logging and change the user debugging options to All. Then try to open documents to see what errors come up and post them here.
