Billing - SQL Ledger v. Free B v. PostgreSQL

I am a little confused as to what to install for my billing - SQL Ledger or Free B.  I recently installed OpenEMR-2.8.3 and want to add billing functionality.  The OpenEMR website also mentions PostgreSQL.  Can someone recommend which optional install I should use?  We currently use QuickBooks and I would like to get away from that as well.

OpenEMR version 2.8.3 has been released and now available on the download page. Rod Roark has started integrating the billing features into OpenEMR so that FreeB, PostgreSQL and SQL-Ledger will be optional installs and not required. FreeB 0.13 is being maintained to allow backwards compatibility with installations that are using FreeB to do their billing."

Thanks.

Currently you need both SQL-Ledger and FreeB, and also PostgreSQL (for SQL-Ledger).  FreeB is still needed because the component for paper billing has not yet been rewritten.  See also:
