The X12 Partner criteria in the Billing Manager filter does not work. What is a good work around for this? I have two services I deal with.

The X12 partner should supply the info for that dialog box.
We use only Office Ally. Via LogMeIn one of their tech guys filled in everything on our device. Then it was off to the races.

think craig means the attached feature
i just confirmed that the demo site feature is working, you can log in and look for today’s claims and choose one of the different x12 partners
are these claims that you’re searching for been billed out yet?

Yep, read X12 Partner and missed Billing Manager.
We use only one clearinghouse, thus it never occurred to me to sort with that filter.

Well, what I see is that until they have been sent out to billing they do not register in the filter. After they have been sent then you can filter what has been sent. But, you cannot filter prior to sending them out, so they have to be selected all by hand. After about 100 clicks I made it a mindfulness activity and it was almost tollerable. It would be nice to be able to sort by x12 and then select all then make my batch file. One work around I suppose would be to select all and make a dummy x12 file of all billing. Delete that file. Reopen all. Then sort for one x12 partner. Select all and send and then do the other the same way. Easy once you know the secret!

Have a look at this thread for hints to change the codes to enable search of both “Unbilled” & “X12 Partners”.
A slight twist on the workaround:
Nice workaround for non-geek users. Deserves noting in the Wiki.
