Hello,
This is a fantastic tool here.
Great commendation to the developers.

  1. Please what is the difference in the colors of the patients in the billing manager. some are written with red and some with black. please what is the difference.

  2. Also in the billing manager how can insurance patients that have gotten encounter but yet to be billed be identified in the list displayed in the billing manager. so that the insurance patients can be easily known and billed without clicking each patient to know if its insurance or not

The following color code difference would help you to understand better.
Black - if patient has primary insurance and a subscriber exists .
Red - if patient does not have primary insurance and a subscriber.
