No solution has been posted to this question. I’m interested to know how you accomplished this.

I am thinking a potential workaround:

  • Using Authorize.net account to bill monthly through their service
  • Use OpenEMR to connect to Authorize.net for billing of dispensed medications, procedures performed, etc

Would this work? I do not have experience implementing any of this.
