Best Practices: Scheduling Multiple Locations

We have one Physician and 3 offices ( Main location plus 2 satellite locations) in the practice.  What is the best way to represent this for the sake of scheduling on the calendar?  What I did for now was create a userID for each location ( MainOffice, Satellite1, satellite2).  This way the front desk personal can schedule patients based on location. What best practices are others utilizing to accommodate patient visits at multiple locations?
