Our commerical solution takes the pain out of dealing with Twilio or Plivo for sending SMS, Voice, or Email messages. We take care of the security, call back hooks, logging, and authentication. If you have a Twilio or Plivo account already, we can use your existing credentials to automate the whole process. We poll OpenEMR to look for new appointments and also can support two-way texting. We also currently support over 150 languages.

Because our solution is a web service, it does not care what operating system you are running OpenEMR on. However, you do have to be on a current version of OpenEMR that has our FHIR improvements (we can help you apply the patches). Your instance must also be externally connectable from AWS (i.e. ngrok reverse proxy or something else if you are on-premises hosted).
