1. On the summary page, can we have the number of issues in that group in brackets rather than “expand” so that one can quickly know whether and how many issues are available without having to expand each just to check e.g “Allergies(2)” or “Allergies(0)” instead of “Allergies (Expand)” an expanded group can then retain the “Collapse” e.g “Allergies (Collapse)” . Alternatively you can just leave the “expand” and “collapse” intact as they appear now but add the number.
2. While adding or editing issues, e.g Medical Problems, OEMR allows one to enter an end date that is before a begin date. It also does not return any error when you enter a begin or end date that is later that the date of the current encounter.
3 This is partially implemented but could be improved: A user that is not cleared to access a link/functionality by ACL settings should not be able to see the link in the first place. This will, for example decongest the menu and make OEMR simpler to use.
