Are you bored about the printouts?

Situation
Describe your problem here: I want to change the look of the printouts prescription, Print Notes, etc. It has no letterhead, no characters, tasteless. There must be a way to customize it. There should be a section for lab orders, imaging order, referral orders with a print button that will lead to printing a precustomized lab orders, imaging orders, or evern prescriptions—SPOOLED directly from the clinical notes. Would that not be SMART and efficient?

If someone can direct me to it, I will spend time doing it. BUT so far it appears that the whole OPENEMR community function by not printing a single laboratory order, nor an x-ray order. Do people here do electronic note and fill out lab order paper? And the prescriptons look DOWDY.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 5.

The eye form reports have a mechanism to add logos and headers for PDFs of visits and vision prescriptions. I also recall writing a similar thing for patient statements. I believe they are in the base install. Those would be a good place for you to start if you plan to make a central “letterhead” feature that can used broadly across openEMR. Looking forward to seeing this.

Thank you. I am beginning to look at the program notepads now.
How do I suppress some printed information. The Rx print from CAMOS contains on header: CAMOS and the http:// directory which will reveal the port # which I want to remain secret.
