Just wondering… In the documentation for ver 4.x there is an article on Patient Notes.
I am trying to locate the same functionality in ver 5.x
Or perhaps you can point me to a good way of adding notes that are not really meant to be part of patient’s medical record, and yet are useful as a way of remembering some detail, conversation or background story.
