See Install Translations and the Development Demo which has Arabic in the drop down menu.

Hi,
The support for Arabic language is available in the Development Version of OpenEMR.
However the translation of OpenEMR in Arabic is not complete.
You can download the development version and switch to Arabic by changing the Default Language in Administration -> Globals -> Locale -> Default Language
You also have the option to choose the language when you login.
You can add Arabic definitions for English words in
Administration -> Other -> Language -> Edit Definitions
Type the English word in the “Filter for Constants” text box and Select Language as Arabic.
You can add Arabic definitions for those words in the results produced.
If you wish to contribute Arabic definitions for OpenEMR, add here:
Hope This Helps.
Thanks,

Dear Fsgl,
Any idea when the Complete Arabic support will be done. If there is anyone willing to do it quicker I can compensate financially. Please let me know.
I also need someone familiar with OpenEMR to provide remote installation/support.
Kindly advise.
Regards,
Nasir Warsi

One of the things that is required for Arabic programs is the ability to write from right to left and all the screens to be reversed in their display accordingly. I am not aware of the feature being available, is it?

Hello Nasir,
I just looked through the list of international vendors/developers and did not find anyone in the Middle East.
If you email Brady Miller, OpenEMR co-administrator, brady.g.miller@gmail.com; he can provide you with guidance and answers to your questions.
