Appointment status showing : "None"

Once we book the appointment, why the appointment status is showing “NONE”. How to change it confirmed/successfull ?

This is pulled from the appointment status. If you want confirmed/successfull you need to add these options as tehy are currently not available

How do we get the access token for patient as we get it for users ( admin or practitioners).
