Has anyone been able to create an appointment card reminder script that lists the patients appointment times, reason for visit, provider name, etc? It can print to regular 8 1/2 by 11 or on a card.

The Add Event Dialog box can be captured as a screenshot, sent to Paint and printed from there.
It may make more economic sense to have the secretary write in the appointment on a 3.5 x 2 pre-printed card from Vistaprint that runs about 5 cents per card, when purchased in bulk.
