Please explain the procedures in a step wise manner to apply the patch in windows. I want to use the payment patch. i am on windows Vista ultimate SP2. i am running openemr4.0.

Click the zip file and then the extract files button. Change to the htdoc/openemr directory and extract the files. Thats it if you let it copy them all over. I am having a balance due problem since doing this for version 3.2 patch 7 so you might wait.
