I say “apparent bugs” because I could be doing something wrong myself. But here they are:
1 Calendar - Explicit appointments made OK. But won’t find a time slot for a Provider.
2 Duplicate appointments accepted, with no warning on SAVE. Does warn on duplicate encounter.
3 Encounter - Cannot delete an issue. Duplicate issues accepted.
4 Change of Provider does not “take”, Encounter History shows original Provider after a Provider change.
The calendar Provider does not agree with Visit History.
5 Billing - Generate PDF and txt both generate single blank page.
6 Re-Open button never active. What should activate it? A check-mark on right end of billable encounter ?
I hope these are not bugs. But I have found no way around them.
