Situation
I am trying to register API clients in OpenEMR, but the registration process is not working as expected. When attempting to create or register a new API client, it does not complete successfully and the client is not being created.

I’m using OpenEMR version: 8.0.0
Browser
I’m using:Chrome / Firefox / Edge
Operating System
I’m using: Windows 11

Yes, I searched the forum for similar questions but did not find a solution related to this issue.
Logs
I checked the logs but did not see anything clearly related to the issue.

I also enabled User Debugging from:
Administration → Globals → Logging → User Debugging Options → All
However, the API client registration is still not working.
