Situation
I used option 1 for installation. After running the program as administrator, I installed Apache and mySQL.
When I pressed start for the Apachi, it was stuck on the following
10:46:02 PM [Apache] Attempting to start Apache service…
When I pressed start for mySQL it showed me the following:
10:51:17 PM [mysql] Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.
The error log is as follows:

The error log shows Ali is already using xampp !!

It seems you have enabled SSL in Apache Port 443). However, you have not mapped the certificate to this URL, and you can configure this in the Apache configuration file.
Snippet from your error log:
[Mon May 16 18:35:10.679457 2016] [ssl:warn] [pid 172:tid 384] AH01909: www.example.com:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name
There may be other issues and if you mail your configuration we can help you to identify the issue
