Anyone using Availity?

We are setting up Availity as our billing clearinghouse, and we’re having some difficulty getting claims paid and figuring out the reasons for denial. If anyone is successfully using Availity, I would love to chat to help figure this out. We’ve been working on connecting for almost a year, and I’d love to get some movement on this.

Hi @dmnlbh , getting claims on file would be an issue specifically with a clearing house but getting them paid and understanding denials would be specific to an insurance company.
