Situation
We were running 5.01 and updated to 7.01 - I believe the problem started in the intermediate update to 6. The calendar tab says unknown and overlaps the Left hand side of the page (not browser dependent) as it does not stay in frame. Thus it covers the calendar and makes selecting it a challenge.

You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All
