Alpine 3.11 was released a month or so ago. The OpenEMR dockers are based on Alpine, so we generally try to keep up with the most recent Alpine version. The OpenEMR 5.0.3 development docker (openemr/openemr:5.0.3) is now using Alpine 3.11 (we had to wait for the new bootstrap 4 changes to get into the codebase to work with the nodejs 12.* in Alpine 3.11). Notably, the OpenEMR flex series dockers for Alpine 3.11 and Edge are built, but not working (super odd permission issue showing up in the npm build install step), but should hopefully get those working soon also.
