Address2 Field missing from patient list report making addresses inccomplete

Situation
I create a patient list using reports and then export that use this for mailing but we discovered that the address2 field is not present making the address incomplete, hence the mail is no deliverable

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.00

Browser:
I’m using: Chrome and firefox

Operating System
I’m using: Windows and linux - Ubuntu

I added some random expression to line 2 of Phil Belford’s address in both the 7.0 and 6.0 demos and got what you describe: no line 2 content.

Sounds like a bug!
It’d be v helpful to other OpenEMR users struggling with the same issue if you would research the problem a little bit more then go to

and report it to the OpenEMR developers team.
Yes, it does take a minute or 2 but people like you contributing their bug reports is how OpenEMR keeps its place as one of the best FOSS EMRs out there.
