Address Book Jquery Issues

Hello All,
Under Administration when click on Addr Book, the page shows jquery error as shown in the first picture.The same error happens when we edit and save an user in Address book(second picture).
Kindly check the attached images.

I will be opening a PR later against a smarty template so I can fix it there if you haven’t already.

Missing jquery, common.js and fancybox for dialogs. I went ahead and restyled to make responsive while I was there. This may also be an issue elsewhere. Here’s PR:

We did are also done with the fix. But no issue as the changes are already available in the commit you have shared above. Thanks for adding this change also, into your commit.
