Adding Providers

I am a first time user and I am needing to add two providers.  Where and how do I do this?

Administration, -> user & groups, -> new provider.

I must be really blind, but I don’t have that catagory.  I only have  New Facility, Edit Facility, New User, New Group and Add User to Group.  Help me Please!

A provider is a system user.
You can enter the new user information in the form fields right next where it says "new user"
then click the add user button,

I am sorry!  I figured it out.  I did not hit authorized on any of my users and then I realized that by authorize the user they appear on the drop down menu when you add a patient.  Thank you!
