Adding CPT4 Codes to Fee Sheet

I am testing with the CVS version of OpenEMR 2.9.1 and was wondering how to add a CPT4 code to the Fee Sheet list.  When I choose "Add" a pop up window displays from which I choose "CPT4" from the drop down list.  When I enter the CPT4 code, there are no values returned.
