Hello Friends,

Recently my claims are getting paid by insurances to Patient directly. Upon enquiring insurance said, that the BOX 27 is marked as “NO”, Can you please enlighten me ehere I might be making mistake?

While creating Demographics, I am selecting the Accept Assignment as “Yes” under insurance, Is there any place where I have to update information?

You need to check the ‘Accepts Assignment’ checkbox under Facility screen.
