A good way of adding documents to encounter

Can anybody suggest an easy but nice way of adding a document to the encounter? Suppose, I want to add a blood report or a USG report to an encounter of the patient. How to do it as adding the report in the main document area of openemr puts it in the encounter list but not within the specific encounter. Please help!

The “Scanned Notes” encounter form serves this purpose.  You’d need to copy it over from the “contrib/forms” directory.

I am using “Scanned Notes” encounter form, but it didnt work…I scanned a pdf file of a blood report but the pdf didnot appear in the encounter. Please help!! Is pdf not supported by the form?

Using Windows?  It’s not Windows-friendly, and also ImageMagick needs to be installed.  Given that, it’s working with PDF files on an Ubuntu test system here.
