Sorry to answer late
I have tried to convince the organizers of the importance of including openemr in a purpose workshop, they are denied since they have already planned GNU Helath.

I am looking to see with a group of family doctor to organize a special workshop about openemr in 2018

I think GNU Health is useful/cool software am I’m glad they’re embracing open source. Maybe we can find OpenEMR’s niche in their conference as you have mentioned with a workshop.
