Brady…Kindly re-open the tracker. The portal issue is not fixed.
Problems -
1.The encounter details are showing but they are erroneous and even misses a few encounters done. All the encounters have similar Reason for visit status despite it being different in the openemr.
2.After selecting an encounter in the patient portal, and clicking view, it is showing the same blank page below in the portal
3.PDF is still BLANK
