I use two clearinghouses, Office Ally and MD Online. I see that there is a filter in the billing manager for “X12 Partner” in the drop down list under “choose criteria.” I am able to choose each of my clearing houses from the list, but when I apply the filter for either of them, I get no results. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug. If it’s a bug, is there any chance this could get fixed? It would be very helpful to be able to filter by X12 partner when I’m doing my billing.
