Not sure how I can fix this. We are getting rejected from Medicare with the following error message:
"PRV cannot be submitted in the 2000A and 2310B"
After talking with Availity they said I needed to remove one of them and preferable removing the 2000A PRV.
Has anybody had this type of rejection from Medicare? How did you fix it?
We are using ver OpenEMR 4.1 on a linux server.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
PRV03 in the 2000A loop refers to the Provider Taxonomy Code, and PRV03 in the 2310B loop refers to the Rendering Provider Taxonomy Code.
Check to make sure the Provider field in the Choices tab under the patient’s Demographics is not the same as the rendering provider in the encounter’s fee sheet.
