X12 File Generation Error

Hi Pals,

When I tried to generate x12 file from Billing section, x12 file is successfully generated. But when I checked log file I got following message.

*** Procedure ‘99211’ is not justified!

What is the reason for this error. Please help.

You have to attach the dx code to the procedure. Add the ICD9 code then in the justify box attach to the procedure.
