I just checked the server log and saw this error: [Mon Aug 24 11:08:20.959295 2015] [:error] [pid 4232] [client 115.117.44.72:64536] PHP Notice: Undefined index: report_itemizing_temp_flag_and_id in /home/phr/public_html/library/clinical_rules.php on line 519, referer: http://phr..com/interface/patient_file/summary/demographics.php?set_pid=1
Not sure I understand the original question. In any case there are many harmless PHP Notice messages logged by OpenEMR, and the one above seems unrelated to the CMS Portal.
Rod, have you looked at my original question? I am trying to create patient through the portal instead of OpenEMR interface. After I post the data using forms in the wordpress portal, I don’t get any response. In OpenEMR, I can see the data coming in the requests section. I want to know, how can I display the submitted data to user.
The Ninja Forms plugin will prescribe any response, which will be minimal. Probably what you want to do is go to some suitable page. Currently there is no feature to show portal users what they have submitted after the fact.
