Why http://localhost/openemr is not working?

I suggest checking your logs and see if you have php errors and maybe you webserver logs too.

Hi there. A few questions for you so I can better help you:

  1. Is this the first time you have OpenEMR running on local host?
  2. Is your vhost set up correctly?
  3. What system are you working with? Windows, Linux, or Mac?
  4. What version of OpenEMR are you using?

This looks like you are trying to get a fresh install working, so I am assuming that the vhost is not set up correctly. If you can answer the few questions I asked above we will be a few steps closer to figuring out what is happening.

Pl remove http://
just type localhost in ur browser or localhost/openemr
should work.

Check whether there is vendor folder or not.
check your php version.

was it working before? or is it the first time trying to run openemr?
