Which module contains the code for the display of LBV forms?

Would someone be so kind as to indicate which module contains the code that formats the display of LBV form data fields?

I would like to add a new option control letter type, and enhance the way some of the data field types are displayed, to make the LBV forms easier to program.

I would do it in a way that would not disrupt the current versions of the programming.

If I cannot figure out how to make the enhancements myself, I will have to pay someone to do them for me.
