Which functions do not work in windows?

I have not been able to get the scan nor fax to work, though I have put little real effort in either, because I have those functions available with very sophisticated capabilities elsewhere in my Windows apps.

Because my client is NOT realtime continuous connected to internet, sh needs to batch things, and those tools actually work better for that process than the OpenEMR could.

Her clerical staff or she scan documents elsewhere and put them on her Server from which she can retrieve from any hotspot, and similarly dump any PDF she needs faxed to that same server where the clerical staff can retrieve it from a similar "waiting" folder.

All the X12 and CMS 1500 prep is done directly, and I hope to make the Rx print/key emulate at Allscripts etc. work soon.  And my browser app launcher handles the various documents viewing we store in OpenEMR.

Thanks!  I have been running the oemr on ubuntu and my son is helping me with some of the issues!  He did setup the fax after many hours of work and it sends and receives but there is an error! it reflects a problem with the receiving  fax, even though it receives. 

I can not remember anything about the scanning, except that after I scan I can upload the documents to oemr with no problem.  He is going to attempt to run the program on windows with the fax working if it happens I will share the steps with you. Thanks again.
