What's up with SNOMED loading?

I tried to load current SNOMED (both International and US) and the loader says it’s unsupported. Is there a trick to making this work? ANd/or is it supported in the pending 5.0.1 release?

Snomed RF2 is not supported yet.
PR 720 is in review status
