Situation
We are unable to populate the directory with pharmacies and therefore the weno system isn’t functioning. I have attached pics to see if anyone has a solution? This is a real problem.

Did you check the logs? yes - pharmacy directory is not downloading so that a primary pharmacy can be selected.

You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All
