Hi,

Meeting worked out well today even on the very short notice. Was myself, Robert, and Scott. Spent a lot of the time squashing the tab layout menu mouseover area issue, which has been fixed and committed to the codebase. Was very fun and learned a bunch of css development tips from Robert.

Hi,

Very neat conference call today that ended up going 90 minutes. Participants included Alfonso, Brady, Ray, and Stephen. Topics discussed were numerous and included MU2, recent 5.0 release, MU3, OEMR, billing, bugs, gacl, more intuitive menus and role based menus.

An actionable item that plan to give high priority is more intuitive menus and role based menus. To get an idea of what this means, check out the menu(s) in the following up for grabs demo(this was done by Ray):

Hi Sena,

We also talked about sample demo data during the call(I forgot to mention it). Alfonso has a small amount of sample data that he may provide. It would definitely be nice. I used to create a more official demo that had all the portals set up with different users for different acl and some sample data, but haven’t had time to make these for the last several releases. The demo farm does have a mechanism to import sql scripts with demo data, so if anybody wishes to provide this, we’d gladly take it and use it for the demos.

Hi,

There was a very cool conference call this weekend where we went over a demo of Visolve’s billing module. Participants included Alfonso, Brady, Lou, Ray, Robert, Sam(from Visolve), Sena, and Stephen (just going off memory, so there may of been several others). Demo of the billing module is here:
http://demo.visolve.com/pbm/web/login

It is still being worked out how to best use this feature, but it is exciting.

A question that came up was whether most users in the US use clearing houses for billing or bill directly to insurance? So, please let us know if you are able to answer this question.

thanks,

thanks for moderating once again Brady. I’d bet that most everyone uses a clearing house except for a rare provider that has that special payer in mind. (i think fsgl had a lot of fun with bcbs florida if my mind is better than most politicians who can’t recall anything anymore)

hi, just called in, reminds me of that pink floyd lyric, “is anybody out there?”

That would be very good hold music
