I found the answer!
I changed both the file:/opt/lampp/htdocs/openemr/interface/main/calendar/modules/PostCalendar/pntemplates/cache file:/opt/lampp/htdocs/openemr/interface/main/calendar/modules/PostCalendar/pntemplates/compiled folder privileges to be writable by all.
