I am using php5.3.2, ubuntu 10.10, mysql 5.1.41 and OEMR 4.0-dev. I am trying to post an electronic ERA from Medicare. I am able to upload the file and then I get a screen showing the two patients that should have the claim info on the ERA applied to. However, when I click on the “Process ERA” button it just brings up a blank page with the default heading of Patient, invoice code, date, description, amount and balance across the top but it doesn’t look like any of the payments or adjustments were applied. Above those heading is a statement that says “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/oemr/interface/billing/sl_eob_process.php on line 591”. Any help would be greatly appreciated. John
