Vitals form is showing when the Vitals entered. Old versions are showing encounter date which is good.

I guess it is a bug in the system.

It has the same problem. For Patient: Verbus Counts (verbus), Vitals form is showing all Vital dates as 09/03/2011 10PM.

The vitals are time-stamped for when they are entered. This is purposeful, since get then get multiple vitals/timestamps per an encounter. What is needed is to allow modification of the date/time in the vitals form.
