Visit Category drop down list

When creating a new Encounter form, the Visit Category shows a drop down list. How can I add a new item to that list?

@2017,
Visit Category:
Administration->Other->Calendar
Click Categories and create the visit categories based on your requirements.

That’s where the settings are located. Here is some documentation on what the settings mean and considerations for using them:

The images are from am older version of OpenEMR but most of the instructions still apply.
