Viewing uploaded patient files and documents

Hello,

I have 2.8.2 installed on a Windows server. The system appears to be running properly and be be accessed from multiple workstations. However, when generating a report for a patient, the files uploaded in the documents section do not display??? Any tips anyone?

It either just displays a little tag for the file but not actual content or displays the following message, NOTE: Document’KO9B1713.JPG’ cannot be converted to JPEG. Perhaps ImageMagick is not installed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
