[Login.gov](http://Login.gov) is strictly for secure government sign-ins with no commercial features. I have a large number of gov accounts. You know probation or parole! 🙂 I’m kidding. Just having fun…
[ID.me](http://ID.me) is a broader auth agent which I could see used by the health industry.

So can i use [login.gov](http://login.gov) for prescriptions instead of [ID.me](http://ID.me) or I am bound to what they have as far as vendors?

I mostly use on my VA secure portal and secure messaging. I could use [ID.me](http://ID.me) but had issue with it accepting my DD214 photo but Login worked better on pre-auth.
VA and other gov sites allow using both but I’d recmd getting with [ID.me](http://ID.me).
