Using ICD10 no Insurance info in billing

Hi,
   I just configured a test install to use ICD10.  After creating and coding an encounter (CPT and ICD10) and going to the billing module, no insurance shows up for the patient.  Yet one is configured in the patients demographics.
I also adjusted the Lists->Code Types to active on ICD10 and added ICD10 to the justify field for CPT4 and HCPCS.
FYI: Works perfectly OK with ICD9

Unable to confirm this on most current dev tip (Insurance selector is showing up to right of ‘Bill’ label)(OS is ubuntu 10.04). Are you able to reproduce this on the online Development demo?
