Usergroup_admin.php prepopulates edit user with incorrect data from a blackhole

Situation
When I edit a user the screen populates the wrong data - like populating State License number with ‘696’ when that is the lic num for the last user in the db. This consistently happens with my laptop but not when I checked using another computer or using IE browser. This only happens with the production version and not the tinker version on my laptop. I’m guessing there’s a cache somewhere that I need to delete but I let Chrome do a complete wipe and it still happens. I am perplexed!

hi @Michael_Farina, was this happening before patch 3? There was a recent change, acl admin username fix · openemr/openemr@f187eb5 · GitHub, which doesn’t seem like the culprit at first glance.

I’ve been working on it since before patch 3. Either Ccleaner took care of it or it resolved itself! Thank you. If it happens again, I’ll mention it! :grinning:
